Had misfire just after i stared 07 lux this morning, so i bled the injectors, ran well when tested with no intercooler on, put it back to gether, now there is a bad rattle in engine.... Any idears what has happened?

why would you bleed the injectors? 
It's common rail. even when you replace an injector, there is no need to bleed the injectors.
did you leave a bit of rag in the intercooler?
