Race pro chip

Postby LuxinLuxout on Sat, 25 Feb 2012 4:46 +0000

Anyone here on the forum have eperience with the race pro chip off ecuchips.co.nz for the Hilux D4D vi (6pin)? - Interested to read feed-back on this product from fellow members.

Ecu chips claim increases up to 165kw and 449nm - Is this is recipe for a D4D disaster?

Take a look at the plugs on it, if its just got the one plug which only connects into the fuel rail sensor then i'd be staying away from it as there the ones that cause the most trouble...

Go the VMN from rod on the site- awesome, no issues like limp mode add a on off switch and you get to remind yourself what is like without it when it is turned off!!
