Fitting axt turbo kit to 5l-e

getting my dpchip put in tomorrow and ill probably be chucking my turbo on some time in the next week or so seeing as though im on holidays. Just after some advise as im not sure where everything goes.

also, plan on eventually upgrading my 2.5" straight through pipe to a 3" straight through, how much $$$ am i looking at? and is it worth it for another half an inch?
