Car has new starter motor not even 6 months old yet, oex one, changed belts and bearings (timing and drive, aswell as camshaft seal) after grind it squeeks for abit and goes away. Only cold does this grind sound.

I suspect it could be ac clutch/bearing or alternator bearing.
Sounds like it ceases up on a cold morning and frees up when started and extra resistance causing belt slip.

Almost impossible to diagnose a noise without hearing it. My new (aftermarket) starter motor made weird grinding noises until I pulled it apart and cleaned it out and dressed all the solenoid contacts. Works like a dream now.
