P2454 DPF PRESSURE SENSOR

Last week I was driving my HILUX on a very dusty track when the yellow engine warning light came up.
I ran some checks and found the fault code P2454.
My 1KD-FTV engine is DPF equiped and one of its sensors (the differential pressure sensor 8948112050) seems to be faulty.
So far I was unable to locate it.
Does anyone know where it is located ?
