Engine Difference ?
Posted: Mon, 04 Apr 2022 3:29 +0000So i have a 2008 hilux 2KD 2.5 120hp but someting is not ok in the engine so i wonder if i could fit a 2011 2kd 144hp engine and just use my old ecu and turbo ? is everyting else the same ?

Posted: Mon, 04 Apr 2022 5:43 +0000Probably, it depends how they got the extra 24hp. You might need to swap over the injectors etc as well. Check the part numbers.
