Toyota hilux 2010 turbo noises

Hi there

Have had nosies coming from under my ute around the turbo area for the past few thousand kms, truck has done 200,000 kms and have noticed since I purchased it over the last 50,000 kms performance had decreased and fuel efficiency has also. Thought that EGR valve could do with a clean out but have had this noise arise and trying to figure out what the potential problem might be.

Hard to pinpoint and describe the noise so I have attached a video via YouTube of the noise happening.

Happens at idle all the way to 100km/hr and is consistent with the clutch pushed in and out
