1KD head gasket thickness?

Any professional Diesel engine builders on here? Just trying to work out what “grade” head gasket I need for a 1mm overbore engine?

There are different thickness gaskets depending on the piston protrusion.
From memory there are 4 different gaskets. Series of holes at the end of the gasket determin the differences.
But as your doing an oversize rebuild, your engine builder/machinist should be telling you the protrusion so you can choose the correct gasket
