P2238 and engine misfire/low power. PLEASE HELP

2007 2.7l workmate has code p2238.
It also has an intermittent misfire / low power. To the point that I nearly got t-boned at an intersection because the engine just lost all power and nearly stalled.
I don’t know if the 2 problems are related or not, because the power loss doesn’t happen all the time.
