WTB (Bris) - 05 Auto V6 4.0L Motor (Or Qualified Mech Fix)

Chasing a new motor to suit:
2005+
4x4
4.0L
V6


Just had my oil light come on, checked it - Plenty in there, looks good.

Drove 7k's to a shop and the Check Engine Light came on.

Shop Mechanic said its rooted - require a rebuild or new motor as its throwing P0012 and P0016 and has an audible rattle near the crank shaft - he suspects the bearings are buggered or about to be buggered and that the oil wont pump/clear the light on the dash unless the idle is set to 4000+rpm.

Towed it to my local shop 70ks away for a second opinion, he has said the same thing.

Chasing another motor or any other suggestions..

Engine has 100,000 on it..

Quotes for repairs welcome - mate advised me to post on here.
