Map and Maf value readings

Hi fellas, I've got a 2008 Sr 4wd dualcab, all stock, done 280000km. I've just been checking my injectors, which are fine, but noticed my map reading was 69 at idle(should be about 90) and my maf was 16.5 which I believe is high. Any idea on what could cause this. The car runs fine but fuel consumption is up a bit since Christmas, used to be around 10.5 but now around 11.6. Thanks Duane
