Flash me baby - ECU remap

Well, results are in for my ECU re-flash from HP-F.
54.7% increase in max Hp! Dyno sheet has been added to my garage.

The drive home was mostly highway but I can report the following:
- EGR is switched off
- Max boost is set at 20psi
- Exhaust sound is deeper
- EGT's are up by 50 - 75 degrees
- Fuel consumption is down by 1 - 1.5l/100km

And it is so much better to drive, throttle response, acceleration ect.

nice one i'd be happy with those gains did you do an exhaust also ?? wonder how much benefit you'll get off-road ??

Just Autos now do them, starts @ $1100. And yes, they are custom tunes, not just downloads. Also, ECU is not opened

I've had a Redback 3 " fitted for some time already, so the before and after runs are including the exhaust.

As you may notice by the absence of additional exterior equipment, I don't do much wheeling. Mainly camping and pulling ski boats.

Has anyone had their tune by scott rods? I was thinking of getting them to do my 3" and tune and they said there is two prices as they may have to solder something to gain access to reprogramming the ECU, mines a 2013 (2014 spec) SR5

If they're soldering I'd steer clear. No need to do that to remap/tune

Noticed this thread and have just had EGR turned off by www.dieseltoysaus.com
Great service and they do all sorts of other tunes for our vehicles. Prices are good too.
Maybe will help others here looking for a tuner.
