Go for a run and record the reading. Replay and see what boost levels you were getting.

Your target vs actual rail pressure is a bit off too, but that couldd just be the second the snapshot was taken and shouldn't really effect you fuel economy that much.

They are new injectors or reconditioned ones?
Reason I ask is you have -2.66 injection feedback for idle. That is very odd for new injectors . Also your injection volume is high 6.79, again odd for new injectors
From this I read the injectors are over fueling and the computer is trying to take fuel from them to get the system correct.
Your your injection feedback values are ok within spec except #3 is a little tired for a new injector. -1.1.

Threads merged.

There was already an existing Techstream analysis thread running with excellent information in it, seemed to make common sense to continue that thread on.

Thanks for the link Luxi.

Carry on guys :D

Ok see how your feedback figures are all over the shop. But your injection feedback for idle is adding 1.73. Because of blockage in injectors.
And your total injection volume was 11.64 still very high. UT remember these figures will be fudged by the leaking injectors seats.

I suspect you have and injector issue. Have a chat with your suppliers.

Hang on mate, beside the possible injector issues you're still having, this part also says that you cleared a faultcode earlier. What was it?

That would have just been from when I disconnected and removed the batteries to be able to check all of the vacuum lines for leaks. Might have been an uncleared code in there from when the fiter was sucking air a few months back due to a faulty filter housing seal.

Here is a screenshot of mine

the vehicle has had aftermarket injectors fitted 2 months ago but fuel economy worsened by 30 % when i expected it to "improve"

i was getting 1560 km per tank with deliberate lightfooted driving , with the new injectors i was getting 1100 km per tank under the same conditions .
( i have now got 31" tyres and suspension lift which brings range down to 960 km per tank )

anything obvious there to indicate a possible cause ?

MAF sensor has been cleaned , MAP filter has been flushed

It all looks ok I would do a pilot learn and clean your maf sensor and map filter.
See if that makes an improvement.

I am looking for a discrepancy of 30 %

the MAF is already clean as stated above , I did strip the ERG tonight and cleaned a 5-6 mm layer of gunk out from the intake , but that wouldn't explain a sudden deterioration in economy just when the new injectors were fitted.

I was told by the people who supplied and fitted the new injectors that the ERG and intake were clean and "required no cleaning"
