Are the EGR values ok? At 160k I would think they would probably be full of some soot. After just now looking at the results of the guy above me his EGR lift sensor voltage is only 15% while mine is 47.6% which is pretty far apart. Clean out the EGR?
Injection feedback volume is a bit too high at 3.07 but from what was luxi46 posted on page 1 none of the explanations really apply to me...
Out of spec injection volume & feedback values can mean one or more of the following:
- Blocked injector(s) (positive feedback value and low injection volume)
- Leaking injector seats, leaking valve stem seals or cracked piston (negative feedback value)
- Worn injector (negative feedback value)
