What year & how many Klm's please?

By those readings I'd say you have the egr plate in?
Please confirm.

How do you know he's got a egr plate in?

yes to egr reduced flow plate (how you know) because egr is trying to open as much as possible
from my understanding rest of readings look good??
thanks again

I know because I'm a 1kd expert ;)

Maf readings are usually about 9, with plate 12+ because there is less DHUEGR (dirty hot unfiltered exhaust gas recirculation) and more clean cold filtered air going past the maf. Which you have just made me point out more proof plate with 7mm works.

Also the egr opens to about 90% at idle trying to get what it's used to, but it just can't get it.

So the only problem you have is your Injectors are worn again & due for replacement.
One day everyone will understand that CRD injectors are just like tyres & brakes, wear n tear items.
In my signature, the blue bit ;)
The red is very important also.

Have you seen any faults what so ever with using the plate in the link you supplied fourby?

I'm in contact with some eBay sellers to track the bigger picture.
Many have problems with full blank, not sure why they sell them.
There are hundreds with 7mm hole & no probs.

I have had 1 call, some d.i.y had the dashboard lit up, but you get that if you don't plug things in or leave things loose.
They got it sorted.
There is at least one out there with a 6mm hole, 20,000k so far no probs.
I have heard 5mm may be ok too.
I will try 5mm as soon as I get time.
7mm works well & it's a sure thing.

Swinny - that's news to me.

It would be impossible for the -3.0 to even code on our test benches, hence we believe it to be a contamination fault for Ryan (could have been packaging, fitting, whatever - we're helping anyway).

otherwise, we've been getting some unreal results, fitted a set around 2 weeks ago, came back in for a exhaust all the feedbacks are within +/-0.2. i put a set of +15's in our work Hilux and its all +/- 0.4, and this seems to be all pretty standard. fourby4 has been posting his results also....

Calibration has been very good coming out of BDG lately.
Must be those stupid red plastic things (packaging plugs), and a piece broken off, ha Matt?

Just cracked 150 K km on my 2007 hilux. Unsure about the high injection volume when cold? Or is that normal?
