3L rebuild

gday Guys, well our search for a 3L has narrowed and we are looking at a 1992 3L it apprently has spun a lower bearing, they are replacing the bearings rings etc, the cost of the motor will be $2200 long motor fan to clutch and alternator and injector pump, what things should i be aware of and is it a reasonable price, many thganks
