Which Replacment Glow Plugs

Hey all,

Just wondering who out there has replaced their glow plugs, and what ones did you use? Genuine or aftermarket.
Ive got half my engine apart now while i cleaned the Intake, and am leaving it apart until i change the glow plugs, so I just want to know what the best would be to put in there.
