1kd vnt hilux 4x4 automatic very sluggish,,need help

Hi guys, i have a 2015 hilux 4x4 1kd engine automatic transmission, ive replace scv, new fuel filter, block the egr and cleaned,new airfilter knn..also check and cleaned my fuel tank main filter...but still very sluggish it is struggling going into 100kph, no check engine or whatsoever,,,, the only thing i noticed is the boost is very low just around 3psi max and drops at around 3800rpm ..have anyone encountered this?

Have you cleaned the maf sensor and filter
I'm not a fan of the knn filter as they have a habit of getting oil on the sensor

Also clean/replace the map filter. It's the grey little filter on the passenger side of the intercooler under the cover. They have a tendency to crack.
