That would be the way to go.
The contour on the side (outer?) fits well, just the shape of the inner guard does not match that of the vehicle it is made for.
Of course I am basing these observation on the K&N setup that I have.
Will be switching to something else later 8-)

Yeah it is, but most guys here seem to put snorkels on anyway, rendering this kind of useless.
