Is it some kind of book file? Is there a special application to read it with links to all the pages Etc?/??

It's an E-book file which works on you Garmin GPS Nuvi which means you can take it with you when you travel... way cool (It's a pdf as well)

Got both today at lunch time
after you download the large file double click on the .zip and then double click on the index2.html
Dont unzip the whole file as you do some other .zips as its an ebook.

If the whole .zip is on your computer you basically have it. and it worked
