Mate i just give em a quick scrub when washing the car with a stiff brush and car wash soap. then when they dry a spray with "so easy" or armour all tyre spray ( pressure pack ) and dont touch em let the foam evaporate. Maybe not the best way but comes up great for me. If they really dirty do the spray twice with a rub in between. Cheers
from meguiars, i just spray it on and leave it for 30 seconds and then gerni it off. Be aware that if you have polished aluminum that it will etch it and ruin the rims. mine are fine cos they are still the original powder coated ones.
Yep, I just use a scrubbing brush dipped in the bucket when washing the car. No I don't, I live in Victoria and I'm not allowed to wash my car at home on mains water due to water restrictions. Ignore what I said I go to the car wash
On a serious note, after cleaning your tyres don't spray them with silicon spray. It does give them a nice shiny wet look but it also flicks up when your driving and gets all over panels. Someone did this to mine once and I had to scrub it off the tyres and then scrub it off each side of the hilux.
