Why the rebuild cairnzy_j?

Dirty fuel from somewhere, which buggered the injector seats and blew holes in #1 & #2 pistons seizing my motor. Decided to do a full rebuild. Did most of the work myself, so didn't hurt as much as some of the quotes would have

Only had my 07 D4D for a few months, its got 129000 km on it and the clutch started to slip about 1000 km's ago , The bloke who done the job said they normally last till 200,000 km . Thats what happens when you buy a second hand car sometimes

Just replaced rear wheel bearings at 265,000km

Bought mine second hand 4 months ago with 250,000 on it, its a 2006 model KUN26R.
How many klm should I expect to get out of the engine and it has full service history

July '00 166,000 About to sell it for a 09 D4D with 50,000. No major dramas on either vehicles. The 09 will be my forth lux, starting from the early nineties.

2006 Dual Cab SR 144,000 Heavy duty clutch put in couple yrs ago!! Bought it 3 months ago was bit worried bout injectors and other probs but been well looked after and bloke down toyota said nothin wrong with it!!
hopefully get another 100,000 before having major dramas!!!
