How many km on your hilux??

not mine but a mate who works for Landcorp a big govt owned farming company in nz had a work ute with 460000km and one motor rebuild at 320 as the old driver (operations manager for 5 farm over heated it. today it has just over 500 and still goes hard, ok its covered in dents and has its 3rd flat deck on it but nothing else to his knowledge or in toyota book

Dec 2005, turbo diesel manual dual cab ex SA govt car.
160,000 clicks.
Had to replace the alternator at 155,000km.
Apart from that it rattles a bit and the clutch squeaks.

Mine is an 6/06 at 119000km
On it i have new (2KD) water pump, new front diff seal, front drive shaft's rear universal joint, driver's airbag cable and before I've got it at 80k a set of new rear shocks in the service doc's and... the clutch squeaks (possible a clutch bearing but it does not bother me at the time)

...I've got all the common problems but the injectors out of the way within the last 20000km and i hope that's it for the next 100 000km

March 07 diesel auto SR5 with leather 78000km.

December 2005 SR5, 201,000kms, rebuilt engine and replaced clutch at 185,000kms. Only major work done.

06/2006 model manual diesel done 226,000kms. bought 09/2009 with 170,000kms only problem that i have had was i needed to get a new starter motor.

alternator replaced 90 000kms, engine rebuild (injector jam, lead to cracked piston apparently. covered under waranty at 104000kms,)
