had it a week....will average bout 12,000km a year based on past few years of trips on old bomb...which was a mazda tribute...

Touch wood, all OK. I just rebuilt the alternator yesterday, but that's just maintenance. After i drowned it in mud, the rear bearing got a bit noisey. When they pulled it apart they found the brushes were almost gone also, but 262,000km you'd expect that.

All in all, it's a tight truck. Doesn't blow any smoke at all.

It's pretty stock...

No, it's got a remapped Stienbauer chip, Ultimate sprint booster and a Humex 3" exhaust Goes pretty good

Only a couple of thou. I'm interested to see how it stands up to it as well All things being equal, it shouldn't cause any dramas. Internally they're pretty strong. I guess time will tell.
