Howdy All,

A few have asked me how i attached my Rhino Rack on the rear Alloy Roll bar, as you can see in the pic i welded some solid alloy polished tube between the to bars to give me a leaverage point so the Racks would pull down like they were intended for the roof,

The reason i did this was because having a sunroof i didnt want the front bar across the center of the Sunroof, so i thought this would alleviate my issue as i could move the front bar back and the back bar to the alloy roll bar and hey presto sorted in an hour or so.

As you can see the welded solid tube to hold the bar in place.

You do now the sports bar is not designed to carry weight even has a label on it. And the cab moves different to the tub.

Good reminder, be no good for a RTT, but probably OK for a few light weight bits of timber, pipe or conduit as an occasional thing. Just don't get sprung I guess.
