manifold throttle body clean

Hi ive just finished off cleaning all the parts for the egr and manifold clean and wanted to know:
how i make sure all the little tubes and the round thing on the manifold were clean and working properly, i thought using crc co contact cleaner would be good but then im just spraying gunk into the other end
and also how to make sure the fuel pipes are clean and non contaminated before reinstalling
sorry if these are stupid questions im way out of my depth. thanks a lot

thanks for your response, sounds good and it wont be an issue if i spray it into the thing on the other end? not sure what its called its on the end of the manifold circle shape with 2 holes for the hoses, thanks
