techstream. Where to start?

I wanted to have a poke around the ecu, notably to understand if I get cruise operational on my early 08 sr5 manual.
Ordered a cable and software from ebay, unsurprising the software has virii galore, so I'll need to source elsewhere.
All the links i find here are dead. Can anyone help?

Hi 4lex,
I find Techstream useful for monitoring stuff like engine and trans data, but not sure if it would help with you're cruse issue. The only other use that I've had with it was to activate the ABS solenoids when bleeding the brakes. Maybe it depends on the version that you have? Let me know if you need a clean copy and I'll upload it for you.
