Cruise retrofit

Is there a simple cruise retrofit available that would work for an early 08 sr5 kun26? A quick Google asks for nine hundred plus fitting, which is an obvious no for a ten grand car! Cheers.

Looks like there's a strong chance it'll just work if one installs an oem stalk. The reports were typical that SR SR5 post 07 had all the wiring and switches in place. I found one on ebay, fingers crossed

The harness fitted on the early model cruise switches had an earth lead that is missing on the later ones so as detailed in lots of the posts needs to be added to make work as its the common negative/earth for the switch operation.

Thanks man. I don't think mine is pre-wired from what i see so far, though it's a Mar08 sr5.
I have so far ordered a techstream thingo and a cruise switch, though I see no space to connect said switch. Do I need a later wheel/shroud/ecu/pedal switches and or more? I've already scored a likely postcard from not having cruise
