Vac line off throttle body

Hi all. Crashed my 2005 Hilux GGN15R with the V6 1GR-FE and auto. 2 parts have me baffled when I repaired it ( had to weld on a ¾ front, no chassis damage at all ).
There is a vac hose coming from the throttle body down to the right side inner guard/fender area and has a glass sleeve on the end of it - damned if I can see where it is suppose to go ( the main damage was frontal/ right front ) and this hose plus this other thing which was just lying loose in the engine bay when I got the car home, really has my head scratching. The 3rd photo looks like a part that belongs to the air con, but it's just a wild guess.
Anyone help me out with either problem, please? TIA. Wayne
