I have a mk7 HL2 Hilux with a bad shassis. I also have a mk6 3.0 invincible shassis that ide like to swap over. Would the invincible shassis fit ?. Looks almost identical ??

Unlikely, they are a fair bit different. Have a look at the front suspension for starters.
A body swap is possible if you are of the view that anything is possible with a gas axe in hand.

I had a good look today and everything including the front suspension looks identical.

Double and triple check measurements and dimensions before you start, if that all seems OK then the thing to remember will be the Chassis Number and your Registration Papers. I'm not sure how that goes in Aberdeenshire, but in Australia you'd need Inspection / Blue Slip to legalize the changeover.
