Cables from engine to truck bed -> cut where?

Hi,

I am placing cables from the front of the truck to the back. Two 16mm2 in a tube. I believe the outer diameter of the tube is 25mm. It being EN25 tubing.

I got it from the engine bay along the frame (up high) and now I am at the bed.
Where do I cut? How etc??

Any tips?

Going to be tricky cutting the conduit with the cables in it, maybe a plumbers palm size copper pipe cutter.
If you nick the insulation sooner or later corrosion will set in.
As to where, where ever it has to go

whats en25 tubing? 25mm corrugated pvc conduit? conduit cutters will cut it even if its full of cables just be careful no to hit the insulation, It shouldn't be too hard to cut the pipe to length before putting the cables inside?
no idea by what you mean where do I cut?

So you mean how do you get into the tub at the back of the vehicle? The easiest way to get in is to remove one of the rear lights and pass the cable up behind them and in. There is enough space to get them through. No need for drilling holes if that is what you are concerned about.

Must be a different Tub design to my 2004 model. I had to drill holes, but yeah, I went up behind the tail light fittings and in there.

I only used 2.5mm2 cable though. If you're using 16mm2 cable, then I wonder what you're trying to run? I was only running a light inside the canopy. 16mm2 cable will just about run the Queen Mary, what's your load?
