Just about any Brand / Style can be "made" to fit, however if you look at the ute in the background of your picture, it is much easier to mount them if you have something solid to mount them onto.
With your style of (plastic) bumper I have seen them mounted through "cut-out" holes in the bumper where a solid bracket has been manufactured to hold them in place; the bracket is bolted to a bumper mount or chassis rail somewhere to ensure the lights are held solidly in place "BEHIND" the bumper. The neatly cut holes in the bumper are only to allow the lights to see outside.

Usually the SR5 lights and brackets of the same model mount straight in, if the bumper is the same design then go for it.
I have a set from a 2013 SR5 that I am trying to get rid of but probably different.

Hi,

If you're looking for real foglights, you can find genuine (or copies) toyota parts to be installed in the specified bumper locations.

Otherwise, you can adapt a LED bar behind the radiator grille (quite discreet) or LED spots on the engine hood :

Maybe a little clarification? Are you looking to set up Fog Lights? I think most would be aware that fog lights are a very different animal to Driving / Spot lights.

driving lights ,spot lights are useless in the fog, It gets quite foggy around here at times the kings driving lights I have just reflect straight back at you in the fog, put your fog lights in the factory location in the bar?
If you want spot lights and do lots of k's on country roads get a bullbar as you'll end up hitting a roo anyway.

Definitely ;) !! I have both fog lights and LED bar/projectors and they are not made for the same purpose.

Kimiko, since you posted a picture with a LED projector equipped HILUX on the background, I must confess I wasn't really sure of the type of ligths you were really looking for. This is why I posted pictures of "non-fog lights" in me first reply.
Sorry if I misunderstood your question ;) .

The factory ones are fairly easy to get hold of, they usually get discarded when bullbars are fitted. I can't confirm, but pretty sure they'll bolt straight up to the SR bumper once you knock out the blanks, but you'll need to do your own loom.
