Usb media player dosnt work all the time

Hi We have lots of songs on a usb which we connect into the usb socket on the radio/cd player. It has trouble making connection and sometimes takes 10 inserts to finally ready and play them. Kun26r anyone else had this issue or knows how to fix? Thanks

I've not had this problem ... mainly coz mine is an older Hilux, however the first thing to check is to look closely at BOTH the USB plug AND the USB socket to make sure there is no signs of damage or wear & tear. Even the smallest (vertical) "Bump" on a USB plug when it's in a socket can do a good amount of damage to both plug AND socket.
