Stripped the motor even more now and tossing whatever i wont need

And whilst the gears look good im wondering if its even worth reusing them on a complete engine do over.

Same goes with the bolts?

Your decision but how many ks? If the gears don't appear to be worn they should be ok as with the bolts.
Professional engine rebuilders re-use gears as long as they're not showing wear and bolts are normally ok as they're not stressed. Even head bolts are re-used most of the time and they're stressed on tightening.
