Handbrake upgrade? Any ideas?

Anyone know of a way to improve the holding capacity of the handbrake on a 2016 SR5? I know it loosens off over time but even at its best it is pathetic.

It must be hereditary, my N70 handbrake is sh-thouse even after new pads, skimming drums, new cables and adjusting so it's max 3 clicks you can barely tell it's on if you pull it up at 40km/h. Considering hydraulic but have had them as a primary handbrake on other vehicles and they have their own issues.

Toyota put a phenomenal amount of engineering into their engines but can't fix the whole damn thing flying off by itself. It's a real worry especially fully loaded on any kind of slope.
