Annoying vibration at idle

I recently had some repair work done to the chassis of my 2014 sr dual cab that required the engine and gearbox to be removed and then refitted. Since the completion of the work it has an annoying constant vibration at idle, clutch in or out doesn’t change it. No work was done to the engine besides it’s removal and refit. Mechanic says idle speed is at factory spec and they have checked injector values, beyond that they are trying to fob me off. Any suggestions on looking for the problem?
