Class Action for cracked pistons 1KD

Hi all
was recently invited to join a page on facebook re cracked/blown pistons

we are gathering momentum seems like lots of prado owners not many hilux owners present
im sure there's lots more of you that had same issue i did
please share with anyone, you know to have had a blown 1KD from piston damage

very interesting on a survey that not many at all had chips
and toyota is fully aware of the issue in service bulletins

To be honest I personally dont see this going far. Nothing ever happened with Nissan and that Zd30 hand grenade. Only one I have seen actually replace engines on a recall was Mitsubishi

I've done one, don't have Facebook though and was chipped so probably no good

ironically the survey that has been done shows that less than 30% of blown engines have been "chipped" :o

so chipping is not the issue as it will be a class action everyone will be the winner :D

toyotas own testing has proved that long distances under load cause the cracking :twisted: :evil:
