Hi Jon,
My sincere appolgies for not responding earlier (I didn't realise I didn;t have notify of replies turned on so I missed yoru post :( ).

Here are the pics as requested. The seal on the tailgate is a stick on. The one on the body fits over the lip on the tub.
It's working perfectly and we haven't had any dust in the tray since. When i was at ARB last week getting the dual battery tray I mentioend the seals and they checked it out and were very impressed. You can see where the seal touches the body that its clean paint and no dust at all :)

New water tank to be mounted under tray. 90mm plumbing pipe . I reckon it holds about 17 l . Primitive but cheap and damn useful .

Add to that a $10 electric pump from ebay and it does the job my friend ;)

I actually saw a guy near me with a lifted patrol with a tank going around the whole roof rack must have been v top heavy I reckon!
