Recovery hook and bolts for recovery hook.

I looked under my ride to figure out if I can use this. Concearning the frame it might work, but I still have the stock bumper. The hooks are too high to be used on my toy.
The construction itself looks very strong to me, sandwich-style! So the frame itself might be the weaker part - if not the hook.
The hook looks much like the towing hook, you can buy separately like this one

This hook is rated 4.5 tons. I think the unrated stock version should do the same.

I apologize if the hook is stronger than my thoughts, here in Germany these hooks are only available as "towing hooks" not for recovery, although there is no exclusion to use for recovery.
DownUnder is a long way and there might be stronger parts available than here. I did not find a clue if I am talking bout the same size of the hook, either - and, for I cannot use this system didn´t search for long.

2018 Hilux. Have ARB Alloy Bullbar. Want to self fit Ironman recovery points. Need to remove and replace ARB bolt with slightly longer bolt. Top left bolt screws into a nut plate inside chassis fitted by ARB. Anyone know if I can remove the M12 bolt carefully and replace it with another bolt without the nut plate applying to that bolt dropping down out of place before I put the alternative bolt in? I do not want to have to remove the bullbar to do this. Cannot work out how to provide a photo.
