Try COSTCO, got myself some shelving from there.
Same as Bunnings type but half the price! Definatley worth checking out.
No tools required, all steel construction and each self can hold 900kgs!! ( i think thats what it said on the box)

As per my think storage bins are works very well against shelves because i have some good experience with storage bins. Now a days i feel to install shelves in my warehouse and i want to know your opinion about it. Can you give me clarification about good storage thing.

Milk Crates!!!! LOTS of milk crates, stacked, on their sides with cable ties under an old door as bench supports, double bed base, hold 20l water drums in the ute, handy scaffold ( with cable ties again), easy to tie down, tie up, stack rack and the price is RIGHT!!!!

Get some uni strut, tech screws, arc welder, mdf and some bundy. Done!

Or if don't want to weld, some 10mm all thread, nuts and L brackets. And Bundy!

Well I've always wanted to learn to weld but alas have not!

Here's my workbench - hardwood beams, Cyprus posts, particle board flooring for shelves and some lengths of pine for bracing the shelves, solid as a rock.

Your workplace is looks very nice and clean. I like your workbench and i want to know that why do you use one workbench. I always prefer to use selves type workbench because it is helps to keep safe my all important things.

Just get a bigger shed

i still live with my parents and weve got 2.5 acres with 5 shed on it, not 1 shed fits the lux inside. one is full of my moto's, pushys, fishing and camping gear and empty beer bottles. anouther 2 are filled with work tools/nuts bolts timbers. one is our love shack decked out with massive speakers a hammock beer fridge and foosball table. anouther for all the lawnmowers and gardening equipment and the last one for the boat. me and dad would love anouther shed next to the boat one for both my lux and his pootroll with a workbench down the centre and a rotating arm with a pully attached.
somehow mum doesnt see the need for it.....

Sorry mate, don't quite understand the question..

The picture was taken just after finishing the bench, it's not that tidy now! It now has a vice at the far end, stuff all over it, a few storage tubs underneath as well as Jerry cans, tool boxes etc.

I'm saying that why you use only one work bench..? If you use two bench or other cupboard than your work place remain neat and clean whole time. Just try it.

Haha ok then. If you click on the picture you will see some shelves I have on the right of the bench. You can't see any more than that but I have stuff hanging on the wall next to that too.

I'd love to have the space for another bench but it's just a double garage so another one wouldnt fit, plus will be moving soonish and who knows how much room the next rental will have!

Y that's good if you don't have place for new bench than you can use wall for hanging.

I sorry for bump an old topic I just have a few interesting observations from personal experience, maybe someone will need this information in the future. If it's in the budget, look up Saber Cabinets. Rock solid, great color choices and beautiful solid hardware.
I researched for months before choosing them and I haven't been disappointed.
I ordered quite a few (9 elements) and it ended up being 3K……..more than I really wanted to spend, but then I thought about how I don't hesitate to spend $1.5K for a set of tires that last every two years or so, while the cabinets might last 20 years or more. I have found with garage cabinets that "you get what you pay for" really applies. Get something tough that lasts……….you have a 993 so you know the value of this. Also, Best bang for the buck, in my opinion, is the line of cabinets, benches and rolling carts from Sam's Club...the line is called Seville Classics Ultra HD. The steel is easily twice as thick as that in the Gladiator cabinets. The stainless steel is a little fussy (fingerprints, dirt, dust, and grease show up easily) and the doors could use a reinforcement piece in the center to stiffen them up, but other than that, I have zero complaints regarding them.

My total was less than $2000 and I have 2 of the tall cabinets, 2 of the benches, 4 of the roller carts (2 with full drawers, 2 with doors-stacked and mounted on top), 1 of the rolling bench with drawers, 6 of the wall cabinets, 1 desk (no longer available), 1 midsize roller cart (50% larger than the other roller carts-no longer available) and 3 matching butcher-block pneumatic stools (no longer available)
