Hi just wondering if anyone has used the EDGE INSIGHT CTS2 obd2 scanner in their hilux yet, quiet expensive but looks the goods, cheers

Looks really cool, but $700? The switches upgrade would be a must as well, which would make it dearer again. Cost me around $55 for a Bluetooth OBDII connector and dashcommand from iTunes. All I need is to source a jailbroken iPhone and I can display it on my Pioneer touch screen. A lot cheaper with the same outcome.
The more fuel I use, the more fun I have!

everything that it possibly can do, so i can get rid of my red arc guages , not a fan of the stepper style in the display, downloaded obd fusion on my iphone n was gonna try that, just like the more permenent screen the edge has,

I think the Scanguage 2 is the best option. Mine sits on top of the steering column out of the way. No flash gauges, just the data you need. No fuss.

Plus you can code it for Trans temps and DPF % and Temp.

Is it the same one from 4wd supercenter? I want one to monitor tranny temp.

Yeah, I don’t know. I have mine programmed for two tranny temperatures. Ones the converter and the other I believe is in the pan.
