My shoes wore down so I put new shoes in and gave the drums a rough up with some sand papar adjusted them up.
I adjusted it up tight, day or so bedding in properly works a treat now going on two months or so

I took mine back at 300km and 2 days because it wouldn't hold on the driveway (not as steep as a boat ramp) and they adjusted it and it was no better. Mines a 14 model.
Like too many things on this ute my 89 model with 440000km on it would hold better, I'd leave it idling on a boat ramp without a thought but not this one.
