Hi I have a 1991 Toyota L85 hilux R22 engine now I need some advise/help It has a really bad miss under load idles beautifully
Now I have done the following
replaced fuel filter, spark plugs, leads, distributor cap, rotor button, coil and ignitor
overhauled carburettor and have done the head gasket

Imagine my heartbreak when the original problem still exists I am at a loss as to where to go next ANY advice would be greatly appreciated

Does the distributor have points?? Have you changed the condenser if so??

My mates did this yesterday got a can of carby cleaner smashed that through new plugs and leads coz it was due and timed it now runnin like a champ
