Wouldn't have a clue but id suggest not taking on a job like that at 4 in the arvo if your not sure about how to go about it. What's the hurry to have it done today?

I can't remember actually doing that exact job but I reckon it'd be close to fitting out. Has it got a lift fitted mate?

I think theres a 2inch on it suspension lift but it has sagged abit.. theres about 15-20Cm of clearance between the diff and bottom of sump

20cm should be heaps. Just need to think of the oil pickup. If you jack under the chassis it'll give some more clearance.
You sure it's the sump? Pretty rare for a sump gasket to just go like that.

Just drop the bolts out of the shocks for a bit more travel and even a bolt out of the shackle.

Thanks guys i worked out that its only for IFS suspension that you need to lift the engine as the live axle has enough clearance , thanks!

My ln106 has a 2 inch lift and I jacked the chassis up at the front, that gave enough room to get it out.

While on the topic what's the go with changing the sump gasket on the ifs suspension of the kun26r? Mines weeping oil and I'd rather it didn't.

i'd be surprised that the sump would leak, there chemically sealed and don't run a gaaket and that goes for both 22r and kun26
