hey people,

I’ve been reading a lot about EGR and how there just sh*t and was wondering if I should blank or delete and I am completely clueless (p plater) and own a 2005 KZN165R (1KZ-TE) and have no idea about my engine or how to clean my EGR would anyone be willing to give me a hand on where to look and what to do aha, I am really really keen on learning so don’t be smart and say I shouldn’t own one if I don’t know what I’m doing cheers

Don't bother cleaning it. Block EGR pipe at each end, or just at the exhaust manifold end, and block EGR VSV hose.

Cleaning the manifold out is a removal job if you want to go that far.
