inverted rears sag- shocks in need of service?

had my luc for about 6 months now. When I first got it, the car was noticeably higher ( like 1' front and at least 1.5" rear ) but now it seems everything is getting tired and has sagged. I run 33's, and never had a problem with scrubbing till about 2 months ago when I started to get scrubbing in the front, now I get it every time a chuck a u turn
as for the rear, they are inverted rears, with ultimate suspension leaves… not sure on brand of shock as there s no labels but I'm tempted to say kings as they are silver with blue anodised ends? they have leaked a little oil out of the external reservoir, and they don't seem like they are coin their job at all. Do these kind of shocks need to be serviced ( new seals/oil ) or is it a replaceable item? cheers!
