Hilux prado fj shared suspension parts

Hi all I have a quick question I have heard that Hilux prado and fj cruiser share front suspension parts my question is does anyone know what is specifically different about the LOWER CONTROL ARMS for example world an fj or pradio lower control arm fit in a Hilux and if not y.

don't know about the control arms but I can confirm the struts fit.
I have just fitted rebuilt Bilstein front struts to my 2010 Hilux which were originally in my 2005 120 series Prado.

Yeah I have found out that the struts springs and upper arms all fit I just want to find out if the lower arms are different how different are they
