New ball joints ln167r IFS

Need to install new upper ball joints. Any advice where's best to get them from in Adelaide or from the net? CheerS

ebay ones aint too bad. just check where its made in. can get ones from japan with greasable nipples.

use the bottle jack to push the upper control arm away from the lower one, may have to remove swaybar to make life easier to get a decent footing for the bottle jack.

give toyota a go first though, you'll be surprised some times its cheaper then online aftermarket parts.

Checked with toyota they want $195 each ball joint. I couldn't get of the phone quick enough !!! They want to be exceptionally good to charge that much

I got mine from a place called super motor spares. Located in perth but they basically supply parts to aus wide.

Unfortunately SMS didn't have the greasable ones available but they sound like good people to deal with and were more than happy to post to me in Adelaide.
