How do people rate dobinsons if they have them on their hilux? I'm looking at getting 2" ones for the front of my LN167.

I've got dobinsons coils in the front, they are great, I coupled them with an ultimate shock got an extra 46mm higher than the Old man emu kit that was in it.

They are awesome. Had mine in for 2 months now. No issues at all.

Awesome gear I have got bilstein shock with the dobinson springs 2" lift. Well worth the money. You get what you pay for the dobs are Aussie made with new steel not recycled stuff like the other brands that are made in Asia.

they're good for cheapies, but they're not rebuildable or as customisable as an Ultimate shock

Had them in a previous Hilux and the bushes blew out at 20th ks, they were replaced under warranty. So far on 4 150 series Hiluxs I've used lovells,kings,dobinsons,pedders and tough dog . Kings have been the best for me and dobinsons would rate poorly. I would of used Ultimate and might still do but not sure who to trust in Perth to fit them.
