Was wondering my steering wheel is upside down I'd adjust it but slowly went back does this have anything to do with the steering box ?

Mine moves but not to that extreme and a wheel alignment fixes it up

you're upside down in a creek ... hopefully you have some mates with you and the recovery isn't too exxy.
